“I found CrossFit in 2012. At the time, I considered myself a pretty speedy marathon runner, but I could not do a single push-up. Not only has CrossFit given me the solution to ‘the world’s most vexing problem’ it has also given me a community, a tribe of likeminded individuals that seek to prioritize health. In 2015 I began coaching and four years later I started to help develop future coaches together with some of the finest trainers on earth as part of the CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff. I am passionate about guiding others along their own journeys towards greater fitness and greater lives.”

“After years of playing basketball and snowboarding since I was a kid, I stopped playing sports altogether, something my body and mind really began to notice. When I decided to get back into shape, I felt heavy and slow and lacked motivation. Around this time, and after seeing some videos about CrossFit online, I went to visit an affiliate in Madrid. It was just what I was looking for… a way to get back into shape that was anything but boring. Quickly, a lot of other parts of my life began to change for the better and training became an integral part of my health and wellbeing. One of my favorite aspects of CrossFit is the complexity of what can sometimes seem like simple moves like the Olympic lifts, which are my favorite movements to teach to others as a trainer.”
